In a victory of voting rights advocates, Pennsylvania voters without an ID will be allowed to vote on Election Day. Earlier today, Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson issued a narrow injunction that will allow those without proper identification (as defined by the law) to vote on November 6th.
